Discover. Create. Embody.
Nestled in Andalucía’s spectacular Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park just 3km from the Balcony of the Andalucían White Villages, is the charming Lucia Yoga Nature Retreat Center. The collection of rural luxury Spanish villas is surrounded by lush mountains and includes five swimming pools, a lovely yoga shala, tennis court, gardens, terraces, hiking trails, and breathtaking scenery. Take in the fresh air and sweeping views while you enjoy delicious Mediterranean vegetarian meals, yoga/ movement classes, meditation, breath work, ritual, and exciting local excursions.
This retreat aims to be a container to DISCOVER what stabilizes you, feels like solid footing, and a strong foundation. To CREATE a space to let go, flow, and play. To integrate and EMBODY what it means to practice more presence, authenticity, and self love. Drawing inspiration from the chakra system we will be focusing on the 3 lower chakras: the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus. These energy centers, or areas where bodies tend to hold emotions, experiences, and have major nerve gatherings and have corresponding elements of Earth, Water, & Fire. These chakras help us establish a sense of stability, flow, confidence, & inner guidance.

Guided Nature Hike and History Tour
Our fabulous host Antonio will lead us on a several hour hike around the property. We will pass by the town of El Gastor known as the "Balcony of the Andalusian White Villages", take in the stunning views of the lakes, olive groves, almond trees, and nearby farms.

Food and Drink Tasting in Setenil de Las Bodegas
Duck through the winding streets of Setenil de las Bodegas, the village built under and into the caves and rocks. We will enjoy local wine, sherry, Iberian ham, and goat cheese pairings at the shop La Cueva del Ibérico. Non-alcoholic and vegetarian/vegan options available.
Olive Oil Factory Tour & Tasting in Zahara de la Sierra
Zahara de la Sierra is one of Andalucía’s most striking villages complete with a castle-topped peak overlooking a lake. Our visit will conclude with a tour of the 12th generation owned and operated factory El Vínculo, which still uses traditional and sustainable methods to produce their oils.

Flamenco Show in Ronda
Dramatic Ronda sits atop the spectacular El Tajo gorge and is the largest of Andalucía’s whitewashed villages. You will have ample time on your own to explore the town in the afternoon, grab a meal on your own, then meet back together for a powerful Flamenco performance in the evening.
