2 days of adventure, exploration, and connection in beautiful Asheville! Reconnect with yourself, Mother Nature, and the other amazing humans in our group while we explore themes of (re)awakened curiosity, self discovery, and wonder.
SATURDAY, APRIL 14th 10 AM - 4 PM
We will be outdoors at a private horse farm situated on 110 acres of serenity and beauty. You can expect to do gentle yoga movement, have time for reflection and journaling, walk a labyrinth, and have some group interactive work. A delicious lunch is included. (There is a backup indoor location if the weather doesn't cooperate).
SUNDAY, APRIL 15th 9 AM - 3 PM
The day will begin with fly fishing in the pristine waters of the Pisgah National Forest with our all female guide group of seasoned anglers. Snacks provided. After, we will take a short walk to our cold plunge spot followed by a warming fire and a closing late lunch to round out our time together.
You are responsible for your transportation to the meet up points at the beginning of each day and accommodations. There are a plethora of options to stay in Asheville to fit a range of budgets. We will provide a list of recommendations when you sign up!

She is passionate about developing personalized retreats and therapy intensives that offer opportunities for personal transformation to individuals, couples, and groups. I had the honor of having Elizabeth on one of my first retreats in Joshua Tree. Her energy, Heart, and spirit inspired me then and I'm beyond grateful to get to team up together.

with Jenn Cook, assisted by Amanda Burtch
SATURDAY, APRIL 27
5:00 PM -7:30 PM
(Form Yoga monthly & yearly members save 20%!)
Join us for the best of both worlds - restorative yoga + Thai yoga bodywork. Restorative yoga allows for more time to let go and relax into a supported pose, while Thai bodywork incorporates assisted stretching and elements of Thai massage, enhancing the physical, mental, & emotional benefits through the power of touch. Due to the hands-on nature of this experience, this event is open to the first 22 yogis. This event sells out, so register early.
