Soak in the delight that is Thailand on this yoga retreat adventure to the island of Koh Lanta Yai, part of an archipelago in the south known for its natural beauty, remote location, and chill vibes. Join Jenn and Amanda for 8 days and 7 nights of yoga, breath work, self discovery, relaxing on the beach (only 100 meters away), delicious Thai & California inspired cuisine, & local excursions. Come ready to settle into your bungalow surrounded by lush landscapes and swimming pool, nourishing meals, to explore the nearby beaches and town, or take time just for you in one of the hammocks, lounge areas, or on the meditation deck surrounded by the garden. Option to add on 4 days, 3 days beforehand in Bangkok February 29 - March 3 to explore this bustling, cultural rich modern city with ancient roots beforehand (12 participants required to make this part happen!). $500 deposit secures your spot!

Bringing in themes and archetypes of the Water Element, we will explore self care, heart centered work, and being in your unique flow. Expect practices that will focus on tools and techniques to support navigating the ebbs & flows of life through breath, yoga philosophy, movement, and reflection prompts. This experience is a container to step into self love, to truly witness your (re)emergence, and to embrace the faceted, beautiful nature that is YOU. 

There is an onsite restaurant with a smoothie & cocktail bar that is open to the public. The yoga shala is reserved a few hours each day for the retreat centers own yoga class, but we will have access the rest of the time. Yoga blocks, straps, meditation pillows, and mats for the shala and beach are all provided. Meals are held outside in the patio area. Koh Lanta is a 2 hour drive from Krabi International Airport. Shuttle transportation to/from the Krabi International Airport and the retreat center resort is included and will be arranged by your hosts to accommodate everyone’s flight schedules. The drive is 2 hours and includes a ferry crossing where we will be able to exit the shuttle and enjoy the ocean breeze.

We have 3 excursions to look forward to. There’s a full day snorkeling and speedboat tour to nearby islands with a chance to snorkel the coral reefs in a marine reserve. Lunch and snacks are included. We will also get to do a Thai cooking class led by a local chef. These are so fun! And lastly, a visit to the Mu Koh Lanta national park. We’ll head via shuttle to the south of the island where a local guide will show us the tropical plants, monkeys, lizards, and birds that thrive in this wildlife rich area. Some time will be spent relaxing on a beautiful secluded beach with a to-go lunch too.

Bangkok add on details | FEBRUARY 29 - MARCH 3:

• 3 nights in a boutique hotel Silom Serene near markets and restuarants all within walking distance
• Breakfast and lunch included
• Guided Bangkok Tour: Exploring the old town by boat through the canals and visiting the Royal Palace & Emerald Buddha Temple
• Guided Ayutthaya Tour: Visiting the Old Siam capital, a UNESCO World heritage site
• Transportation with the group from the Bangkok airport to / from the hotel (you are responsbile for your airfare from Bangkok to Krabi for the main part of the retreat)
• $750 per person at double occupancy or $825 per person at single occupancy

**Please note this part of the adventure needs at least 12 participants to sign up in order to happen. If we do not get 12 folks to sign up for this add on, we will refund the money you put towards this portion. We will not be able to refund or compensate for airfare you purchased to come early, lodging, food, etc needed to cover your stay if the add on is canceled. Our great hope is that we get to experience this no problem, but please know that this part of the trip is not a done deal until we reach that minimum. This is also a purely excursion experience. Myself and the other facilitator will be there to enjoy this with you but we will not offer any sessions or organized activities like yoga, etc until Koh Lanta. DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATIONS at KOH LANTA RETREAT CENTER

All bungalows are in the garden and pool area and have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and fans.

TWIN BEDS or DOUBLE BED BUNGALOW

Pay in Full (double occupancy, price per person): $2,950 (a $200 savings) with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Invoice for the remaining amount will be emailed within a week of booking and is due within 30 days of receipt. 

Payment Plan (double occupancy, price per person): $3,150 with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Email with payment plan dates will be sent to you within a week of booking. 

Upgrade to Single, Pay in Full (single occupancy, one person in a bungalow): $3,350 with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Invoice for remaining amount will be emailed within a week a booking and is due within 30 days of receipt.
