Spring beckons us to unfold with new growth as we trust that the intelligence of regeneration already lives inside of us. Like the earth waking from winter slumber and blossoming with leaves and flowers, we too hold the powerful potential for renewal. What would it feel like to trust that we do not have to force our process of becoming? What would it feel like to flirt and play with balance, to find a dance between effort and ease? Nestled in Andalucía’s spectacular Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park is the charming Lucia Yoga Nature Retreat Center, a collection of rural luxury Spanish villas that includes five swimming pools, a beautiful yoga shala, gardens, terraces, hiking trails, and breathtaking scenery. This setting provides the perfect container to savor each breath, revel in each present moment, and experience renewal by being in mindful relationship with the land, with community, and with yourself. Be held by the beauty that is southern Spain as you delight in delicious locally-sourced Mediterranean vegetarian meals, yoga asana classes, tantric breath work, ritual, and four amazing local excursions.

What's Included:

· Transfer to the retreat center via shuttle from the Málaga airport or Hotel Barceló

· Accommodations at the Lucia Yoga Nature Retreat Center for 7 nights, 8 days

· Locally sourced Mediterranean vegetarian meals, including breakfast, lunch, & dinner served daily onsite at the retreat center

· 24-hour snack table with fruit, coffee, and tea

· Guided hiking tour around the park including an exploration of Andalucía's history

· A visit to the whitewashed village of Setenil de las Bodegas for a thoughtfully curated tapas pairing including local cheese, Iberian ham, and wine

· An olive oil factory tour and tasting in Zahara de la Sierra, one of Andalucía’s most striking villages which sashays up a hilly landscape to a castle-topped peak

· A traditional flamenco show in Ronda, a village that sits atop the spectacular El Tajo gorge (note that this is the one evening where dinner will not be served at the retreat center; we invite participants to treat themselves to tapas at one of the local establishments in Ronda)

· Support for embodiment and present moment awareness via yoga asana classes, meditation, and tantric breath work

· Opportunities for intention setting via ritual and ceremony

Options for single or double occupancy are available. Pay in full pricing reflects a $200 discount. All rooms have air conditioning, heaters, and free Wi-Fi. Yoga props are provided onsite and include mats, blankets, blocks, straps, bolsters, etc. Check out a video of the villas and property HERE!

Optional Onsite Services:

· Onsite services include Thai bodywork, Reiki, and tarot offered by the Retreat Facilitators for an additional fee (sign-ups available two weeks prior to the retreat)

· The retreat center can also coordinate massage services for an additional fee (to be booked onsite at the retreat venue upon arrival)

The retreat does NOT include airfare, beer and wine available for purchase at the retreat center, meals outside of what is prepared at the Nature Retreat Center, optional onsite services (Thai bodywork, reiki, tarot, massage), additional excursions you may plan, and incidentals.

EL CORTIJO: This spacious Andalucían style main house is about 350 square meters, with a large garden, exclusive swimming pool, full kitchen, living room, and 5 bedrooms. Bedrooms include a tower junior suite with private Moorish bath, a studio junior suite with private bath, 2 small twin rooms with a shared bathroom, and 1 double room with ensuite bathroom located approximately 3 meters from the bedroom.

El Cortijo - Tower Room with private Moorish bath

Pay in Full (save $200): $3,350

Junior suite! You'll be the envy of all your friends. Room includes a double bed, a private ensuite bathroom with Moorish bathtub, and a private tower. El Cortijo - Double Room Ensuite with private bath

EL RANCHO: This 130 square meter Andalucían style house is located just downhill from the main house within its own small compound. El Rancho includes a garden and exclusive swimming pool, full kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms include 1 twin and 1 double with a shared bathroom.

PARAISOS: These 10 studio-style apartments are located within an 8 - 10 minute walk of the main house.

Paraisos Apartments

10 studio apartments with a shared swimming pool. Each apartment has a double bed and sofa-bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. This ticket price is set for double occupancy with one occupant in the double bed and one occupant on the sofa-bed (or both occupants sharing the double bed). If you know the person with whom you wish to share the apartment, please be sure to send them the link to purchase and let us know their name so we can pair you in the apartment. Alternatively, you may book the apartment for single occupancy by choosing the SINGLE option at checkout. *Note: The retreat venue requires that El Cortijo and El Rancho are fully occupied prior to releasing the Paraiso apartments for booking. In the unlikely event that the rooms in El Cortijo and El Rancho are not fully booked, the retreat center reserves the right to transfer you to an open room in one of those buildings.
