Find Your Flow.
Soak in the delight that is southern Thailand on this yoga retreat to the island of Koh Lanta Yai, part of an archipelago known for its natural beauty, remote location, and chill vibes. Join Jenn and her co-collaborator Amanda for 8 days and 7 nights of yoga, breath work, self discovery, relaxing on the beach (only 100 meters away), delicious Thai & California inspired cuisine, & local excursions.
Bringing in themes and archetypes of the Water Element, we will explore self care, heart centered work, and being in your unique flow. You can expect practices that will focus on tools and techniques to support navigating the ebbs & flows of life through breath, yoga philosphy, movement, and reflection prompts. This experience is a container to step into self love, to truly witness your (re)emergence, and to embrace the faceted, beautiful nature that is YOU.
Option to add on 4 days, 3 days beforehand in Bangkok February 29 - March 3 to explore this bustling, cultural rich modern city with ancient roots beforehand.
