The side lying position in Thai Bodywork is my favorite to give (and receive). It's perfect for working on the hips, back, shoulders, arms & neck. It's great for prenatal Mamas too! 

Thai bodywork offers greater flexibility, increased energy flow, & a feeling of well-being. The work incorporates assisted stretches with deep compression & pressure point work. You can use yoga mats and/ or several thick blankets to cushion the floor. Pillows are helpful as props. Dress comfortably in clothing that you can move in.

If you are pregnant, have an injury or something that needs to be considered for modification, please let me know ahead of time so I can prepare. ​

Includes a meditation/ centering themed around the elements and energies of the Sun, instruction and information about malas, the power of the auspicious # 108. Time permitting, we will end with a group ceremony of setting our intentions into our mala necklace.
